The Fountain Workshop is growing! We are currently looking to recruit either two people to join our team on a part-time/ job-share basis, or one full-time person. The key tasks are listed below, although there will be scope to develop the role.
- Handling all incoming calls and directing them appropriately
- Taking deliveries and notifying the correct staff of their arrival
- Managing accommodation bookings
- Greeting visitors
- Handling post
- Assisting accounts to process staff expenses, credit card expenses and timesheets
An adaptable approach, as well as good communication skills are essential, along with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Software – Excel, Word and Outlook.
Salary £15,000pa pro rata. The hours are 9am to 5pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
We operate a Company Pension Scheme to which you will automatically be enrolled if eligible after 3 months. After one complete year of service, you will be offered enhanced employer pension contributions and private healthcare. The role is eligible for 20 days holiday plus all bank holidays and additional time off between Christmas and the New Year.
If the position is filled by a job-share, our preference would be for a handover mid-week so a 2.5 day week per person would be ideal, or perhaps 2:3 days split.
