Our sister company, The Fountain Workshop (Maintenance) Limited, currently manages and maintains 24 projects across the UK, and this number is increasing every year.

To ensure that we are able to continue to support our clients to the high standard that they expect, we are looking to establish a satellite maintenance team in London to primarily service our projects in the capital.

While you’ll mostly be working independently, you would have daily contact with our head office, and would spend an afternoon a week at our workshop in Chatham, collecting instructions and spare parts for the following week. Training and guidance would be provided, and you would report directly to our maintenance co-ordinator, or one of our directors/project managers. There will be a need for maintenance reports to be raised, as well as other administration and paperwork/record-keeping.

We will equip the successful applicants with a van and all necessary equipment.

We are looking for two maintenance operatives/engineers to work together and form this new team. Ideally you’d come as a team, having worked together previously with a proven track record of achieving results and getting along! We will also consider individuals with the right talents and qualities.
