Happy New Year from The Fountain Workshop

As we move into 2019, we'd like to take a moment to look back at the past year a reflect on some of our highlights! We'd like to say a huge thank you to all of our staff for working so hard this year, and to our colleagues across the industry for helping us to have one of our most successful years yet!

– The Aga Khan Centre, King’s Cross opened in July, featuring a number of our water features. You can read about the Aga Khan Centre project here, and about the Centre’s opening here. Photo credit to John Sturrock.

– We hosted two photography competitions this year. We have to give a big thank you to everyone who submitted their fantastic photos, and an enormous congratulations to our winners and runners-up! This photograph is the winning entry of the Merchant Square competition in August-September. Photo credit to Helen Daniels.

– Another of our King’s Cross projects, the Gasholders, also opened this year in February. We are happy to share that this project in particular has received much acclaim, even being named one of The Times’ Top 10 Greatest New Buildings of 2018! Photo credit to John Sturrock.

– This photo won our photography competition in Bradford in April-May. The Bradford City Park proved a fantastic way for us to kick off our photography competition, with us receiving entries from all across the North-East! Photo credit to Nicola Chippendale.
